We will happily give a refund of an unused Pezzi bag (including utensils and scissors) within 30 days of purchase. 

Return Policy

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

In order to process a return:

1. Send an email to info@mypezzi.com with your order # and the item(s) you want to return.

2. You will receive an email with further return instructions

4. Repack the merchandise and enclose the completed return form.

5. Attach the completed return address label to your package and send to us via the carrier of your choice.
